UNLATCH was conceptualized in 2011 by brothers Kevin and Cory Dybsetter while working in Real Estate and technology in the greater Las Vegas area. With each property they purchased, it became clearer that there were many other services in addition to traditional real estate which property owners were seeking. These services were not readily available, difficult to navigate, and often rather challenging. The decision was made to create a business model to help people with such services and offer as many additional real estate services as possible, not limited to just cash offers. Over the last decade, UNLATCH has built lasting relationships in real estate with professionals who always have their clients' best interest in mind. Some of these relationships include, Attorneys, Realtors, Escrow Officers, Lenders, Title Companies, and more. Our services are unique to each client and some can take many months to complete with strict time frames to follow. Because of this, we have designed and developed proprietary software to ensure clients are getting the proper guidance and attention needed for their individual situation. |
